Added creditLine to AccountResponse

The AccountResponse is returned upon making the following requests:

• GET /v1/users/{userId}/accounts
• GET /v1/users/{userId}/accounts/{accountId}

The creditLine refers to overdraft limit in case of current accounts and credit limit in case of credit cards. It provides the amount of credit a user has agreed with this banking provider and the currently available credit amount available to a user on their agreed credit line.
