Review unarranged overdraft transactions and view recent connected applicants on search modal
Unarranged overdraft
You can now review an applicants unarranged overdraft transactions on the risk page along with some useful insights.
The transactions table displays a list of transactions that fall below an applicants arranged overdraft limit for a specific account if the creditLine
information is provided by the bank. You can switch which account is displayed by selecting an account from the "Risk analysis" column on the right.
Insights
- Total unarranged overdraft spend - This is the sum of the lowest balance for each unarranged overdraft occurrence.
- Total occurrences - 1 occurrence is counted from the day an account goes below the arranged overdraft limit until the day the account goes back above the arranged overdraft limit.
- Unarranged overdraft usage - This is the total number of days an account has been below the arranged overdraft limit.
- Longest payback period - This is the longest period of time an account has been below the arranged overdraft limit.
Recently connected applicants
Now when you open the search modal, you will see a list of recently connected applicants. This list will display the most recent 20 applicants that have been connected an account via the connection journey in the last 7 days. You can click on an applicant to view their transactions or search for specific applicant by ID or name as usual.
