Added accountVerification to AccountResponse

The AccountResponse is returned upon making the following requests:

• GET /v1/users/{userId}/accounts
• GET /v1/users/{userId}/accounts/{accountId}

For the purposes of verifying that an account belongs to an applicant, the GET account(s) endpoint(s) now return an account name match score.
The score is a value between 0 and 1 indicating the strength of the match between the name of the applicant, and the name provided by the bank. A value of 1 represents a perfect match.
The user name is matched against the full legal name, or in its absence to the name field, both of which are in the parties data.
Both the name of the applicant and the name provided by the bank are returned in the response along with the field in the parties data it was matched against.
