Added endpoint for fetching the D•One Risk Score for users.

D•One Risk Score

The initial production release of the D•One Risk Score model is version 1.0.0, which utilises Categorisation version 43.0.0. Refer to the Risk Score guide for full details.

The following endpoint can be used to fetch a user's D•One Risk Score:
