Added optional transactionFetchDate to transaction responses.
Each transaction returned by the transactions and raw-transactions endpoints can include a transactionFetchDate field, indicating when the transaction was retrieved from the account provider. For full response details, see the transactions and raw transactions API references.
The field is included only when D•One retrieves the transaction directly from the account provider. It is omitted when open banking data is provided to D•One solely for categorisation, and D•One does not perform the data fetch.
