Added a new webhook v1.account_transactions.scheduled_refresh.succeeded

If you subscribe to this webhook, you will receive notifications for users whose daily refresh of transactions data has completed.

These users must have been sourced from your own direct connection journey integration, either the click-out or embedded journey.
