Added new Standard Financial Statement (SFS) reports with rolling 90, 180 and 365 day sums.

• data-one-sfs-v1 — categorisation version 43.0.0
• data-one-sfs-v2 — categorisation version 44.0.0

These reports return SFS-style income and expenditure line items as period sums rather than monthly averages.
