Added three failure webhook events for Open Banking data fetches and refreshes:

v1.account_transactions.user_initiated.failed
v1.account_transactions.scheduled_refresh.failed
v1.account_transactions.on_demand_refresh.failed

If you subscribe to these webhooks, you will receive notifications when an initial connection fetch, a scheduled refresh, or a partner-requested on-demand refresh fails for a connected account. Events are emitted per account.

These users must have been sourced from your own direct connection journey integration, either the click-out or embedded journey.

For on-demand refresh failures, the payload includes a jobId matching the value returned when triggering the on-demand refresh (POST /v1/users/{userId}/accounts-refresh). Use GET /v1/jobs/{jobId} for per-account failureReason values.
