Failed account connection by user

v1.account_transactions.user_initiated.failed

POSTed by D•One to the subscribed targetUrl when the initial Open Banking data fetch for a newly connected account fails (including reconnect / reauthentication flows). Emitted once per account.

Failure webhook payloads include userId and accountId only. See the webhooks guide for failure reason codes and retry guidance.
