Authentication

There are currently two methods of authentication that are supported by the web portal, SSO via Okta, and Magic link.

SSO via Okta

If your organisation already uses Okta we can enable single sign-on for your organisation. This will enable you to manage access to the web portal internally through Okta.

Magic Link

Magic link is a secure and passwordless method of gaining access to the web portal.

First step

To use magic link authentication please send the names and email addresses of the individuals you would like to grant access to D•One at [email protected].

How to use

Visit the web portal and enter your email address

If you are a registered user in the system you will be sent an email with the access link.

The link will only work one time and be valid for 10 minutes.
