Using the Web Portal

Once access has been gained to the web portal you can navigate to a user’s financial information by searching for the user's name or unique identifier.

Web addresses

In Sandbox, the web address is https://app-sandbox.data.one
In Production, the web address is https://app.data.one

Search

In order to locate a user, you are able to search either on their name, correlation ID or user ID.

The search modal is shown when you land on the portal, or you can open it using the spyglass in the top right.

It's also possible to navigate directly to a user on the path /users/{uuid}/transactions for transactions, or /users/{uuid}/risks for risks.

Transactions

After clicking on a user you will be taken to the transactions page where a breakdown of all transactions and their categories can be seen.

These can be filtered by category or a combination of the connected accounts by utilising the left-hand panel.

Accounts

By clicking on an applicant's name on the top right, we are able to see a detailed view of their accounts. It's also possible here to see a name match score against their provided name and the name on the bank accounts.

Risks

On the risks tab, you can view various different risk splitting characteristics. These are further visualised utilising a variety of charts, configured for the specific risk.
