Overview

There are three ways to gain access to Open Banking data:

Direct Connection Journey

Our direct connection journey is where the user provides their consent and connects their bank accounts as part of a D•One co-branded journey. This is suitable if a user is sourced directly on your website.

ClearScore Marketplace

D•One provides Open Banking services to ClearScore. Loan and credit card companies can retrieve Open Banking data via D•One when a user who is connected to Open Banking visits the ClearScore marketplace. The Open Banking data can then be used to make a credit decision and return a quote to the ClearScore marketplace.

See ClearScore Marketplace for a full guide on the flow.

On-Demand

On-Demand can be used to support a quotation on non-ClearScore marketplaces, a new credit application, or for post-acquisition customer management activities. Partners can send user details to D•One which are matched against users who’ve consented to share Open Banking data.

See On-Demand for the full flow and how to prepare user identifiers for matching.
